War Game Miniatures reserves the right to modify this website and terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Orders placed using our online store are subject to confirmation and acceptance. War Game Miniatures reserves the right to vary prices in the event of incorrect pricing or a change in pricing. In the event of a price increase, you will contacted via email. You will have the option of continuing with your order, or alternatively cancelling your order. This decision must be made within 2 business days of the price increase notification.
War Game Miniatures will make every effort to always have items listed as in stock available. However, please note that at times stock in our possession can vary to what is shown both on-screen and in our inventory. If a product you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via email. You will have the option of continuing with your order or alternatively cancelling your order. This decision must be made within 2 business days of notification.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once your order has been placed, and payment received.

Shipping

Products are shipped directly using Australia Post. The average turnaround time for delivery is 5-10 days, dependant on products ordered. Although in many cases, shipping can occur within a few days.
War Game Miniatures will make every effort to deliver within the timeframes requested and stipulated. However, we will not be held liable for delays in delivery or orders that may be lost in transit.

Available only to New Zealand

Flat rate unregistered shipping with no insurance. Customer is liable for loss or damage to goods.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be despatched within 24-48 business hours. If an item is Out of Stock, you will be notified and it will be despatched ASAP upon its arrival in the warehouse. The waiting time would normally be no longer than 7days.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar (AUD).

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or via Pay Pal in Australian Dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
